No real comment or concern about what he is supposed to be in charge of, no valid comments about his portfolio, just a self absorbed child

It is painfully apparent to me that they simply appoint people as a reward for being good little puppets. Reciprocity, you scratch my back, I scratch yours, or in this case a nice reach around will do. It has nothing to do with who is the best person for the job, it's just a way to payback these lower level players and give them a hand up the ladder of their network of organizations.
