This is why the media is attacking DeSantis and Abbott so bad. Make them look inept while those states we all know mandate more and will get...MORE money from Congress as payment. Sick and sad.

Assuming the supreme court declares federal mandates unconstitutional under the 10th amendment, that does nothing to mitigate state health laws

You missed the point.
Learn to read with comprehension .
That would end Biden's mandate.
Period .
The States have always had the right to set State health policies .

So you're less interested in defeating vaccine legislation and more interested in defeating Biden? Sounds like a shallow victory. After the federal mandate is rescinded, or at least condemned by congress, state legislature is more than capable of enforcing a localized version of it. That's the real danger and it's constitutionally protected.

The government cannot mandate a vaccination.

Presently the CDC does not set vaccinations requirements for schools. States declare these in both cases. Same thing with OSHA. There are guidelines but Worker Comp and Unemployment come from the states and their guidelines.

If the government wants to requite government employees to vax up it is their right. Hep B and TB come to mind.

The federal government can probably get away with mandating federal employees to get vaccinated.

They pretty much have, and the due date was November 22nd. Time will tell if those who refused the vax actually get fired. It’s a three step process and can take a year. I haven’t heard a peep on the religious and reasonable accommodations exemptions. They are probably waiting for what the SCOTUS decides, then make new rules.
All I can say is there’s going to be a bunch of POe’d Fed employees, those who got the jab and didn’t need to, or the employees that get axed from not getting it. Time will tell.

Again, no, nobody here is against "vaccination".
We are against the government making a blanket requirement for a EUA shot, not even an FDA approved shot.

The government cannot mandate this, no shot, no job....no travel....ILLEGAL!!!!!!

Whats next after the shot? You must only be seen in public if you wear a government issued patch?

It is no longer a slippery slope anymore....this is the edge of the cliff...

Democrats are famous for doing things like this mandate ahead of being legal.

Their desired effects are usually achieved by the time a plan gets stopped and decided anyway.

The desired effects are always manipulated below surface and unsuspecting of Public criticisms 😈

hence we get results like . . . . . .. (The Biden Success)

There is already a precedent for a mandate. The army uses it, and the school systems have been using it for decades and decades.

If they overturn precedent, that would mean school children would not have to be vaccinated. That would also mean the military would not have to be vaccinated.

Is that really wise?

Can somebody list these "precedent(s)" and detail how they apply to a decision for The Biden (screw) Mandate ??

Once the Supreme Court strikes it down you will probably start to see states become more draconian. Possibly even requiring passes to come into the state or through the state. They’re itching to try and make vaccine passports necessary for domestic flights though again, they would need Congress for that and Congress is too divided.

....................

The SchtAAte Democrat Dicktaters will have a field day !!!

I wonder IF THIS WAS THE PLAN ALL ALONG ? 😡🤔

Are you always this deceptively dishonest?

There is no legal basis or precedent for federal mandates.

None.

Military is contractual and voluntary.

Schools are state & local laws.

So why keep lying about this?

NOBODY has ever attempted to use osha or medicare laws to mandate ANY type of vaccine.

democrats just completely invented this imaginary fairy tale in the past year.

We are more interested in following the constitution and federal law.

biden and the democrat party appear to have no such concern.

And neither do you

biden 'agreed' to delay it because SCOTUS demanded an explanation of biden's mandate policy and implied that they were going to immediately rule against democrat party fascism if he didn't reply by dec 30.

Democrats somehow convinced scotus to hear oral arguments, but unless someone finds that imaginary law or precedent somewhere, will still immediately rule it unconstitutional.

Again.

Anyone who does not wish to participate in an experiment should not have to Nuremberg.
Allegedly we went to war with the Nazis for that reason
Nazis and anyone who supports Nazi agendas are bad.

More issues to look at while we wait [foot tapping]

Race-Based COVID-19 Treatment Violates Federal Law

New York City has issued its latest guidance for the distribution of monoclonal antibodies (and other COVID-19 therapeutics) for the treatment of COVID-19. And it looks to your color, not your condition.

For the uninitiated, monoclonal antibodies are recommended by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and have been authorized by the FDA, for the treatment of COVID-19. According to the latest New York City guidelines, monoclonal antibodies are authorized as COVID-19 treatment “for people who have a medical condition or other factors that increase their risk for severe illness.”

“Other factors” that increase the risk for serious illness. What could those be?

New York City has the answer:

“Consider race and ethnicity when assessing individual risk, as longstanding systemic health and social inequities may contribute to an increased risk of getting sick and dying from COVID-19.”

Many of the state lawsuits are already in process
for hospitals, state workeres etc. That all may
end up falling to the states.

OSHA is a Federal Agency, not state regulated
by the States, the high stakes are on this part
of the so called "mandate".

Aside from that, you do realize that none of the
"mandates" are working to help people. They
are doing nothing to slow COVID deaths, and
it seems the so called "vaccines" may in fact
be bringing more harm than good.

Typical of a government response.

Sadly....

Trim your quotes man!

It seems Friday is usually the day they bury things.

I can only hope CWMust is right that this will take
months to argue. In the mean time, the Mid Terms
are coming up and the Dems stand to lose alot.
