I'm starting to form the opinion that when co defense councel Chirafisi motioned for the mistrial without prejudice, he was tossing out a gambit.

A dare for the prosecution to take it so they might try again.

With the amount of evidence that has come out this week after argument and evidence closure, they have the opportunity to bury the state.

IF the state wanted TRUTH... they would have that tiny clip in as evidence... since it is plain as day...

I think a guilty on lesser is coming tomorrow...

some folks think the judge will intervene...

I think not.. because an appeal should easily overturn any guilty verdict in this case....

total farce, and broadcast on TV no less.....

The state is supposed to act on behalf of the people of the ...state. Find the facts and the truth for JUSTICE, no necessarily for a conviction.

Politics and the MSM muddied that standpoint over a year ago.

Amazing how the FBI lost their HD version of the overhead clip.....

It's almost like the state and fbi want to secure a scapegoat ...

Thank goodness they are idiots and that keeps them from succeeding in their plans to push a narrative...

the judge (I hope) will be a voice of reason and a voice of justice and rule this a mistrial against the state with prejudice, ending this charade once and for all.

Which would have been the judicial outcome pre=Obama era .
This is a new country now .

He lived with a male judge.
He violated the constitutional rights of KR and Drew Hernandez

Strong allegations to one of his email handles; Flufferboy2004

Yes, many D political connections that I will explore someday soon here.

Gee.. that could explain why Binger "threw" a case against a child rapist. He was assigned to prosecute, but messed up (intentionally?), letting the rapist go free.

It's too bad Kyle was such a rarity in last year's riots. Many more lives would have been saved and riots ended even sooner, if there were armed good-guys in Minneapolis, St Louis, Wash D.C., Portland, Chicago, Seattle.

I can't help but think of the Bundy's... also subject to political persecution... and also subject to prosecutorial misconduct. The Bundy case was eventually dismissed for the prosecutorial misconduct. I strongly suspect there was far more covert federal involvement in this case than we will ever know. This isn't new and it isn't isolated.

The Botched Cliven Bundy Case Was Just the Latest Example of Prosecutorial Misconduct in Las Vegas

I would expect to find a similar history and pattern in Wisconsin and all over the nation.
