Nope. This is not right by any means. If this is true it means the US military was actually running the country at the behest of the Speaker of the House.

THAT is an Insurrection. Stopping an elected official, the president no less, from being able to make decisions for the country.

WTF are you all not seeing here? This is not about 45. Trump at all really. Stop talking about him. This is the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff talking to another military leader about our presidents intentions and what will be done about it.

Cut and f'n dry folks. I thought Kerry back door dealing with Iran was bad but he's a tool. A pawn. This man is the #1 for the US military.

There is no way that your citations in this post confirm your assertion: "US Chairman of Joint Chiefs Openly Admits to committing Treason and Sedition".

Colonel Dave Butler, a spokesman for Milley, said Milley's calls with Chinese officials and others in October and January were in line with his responsibility to "maintain strategic stability."

"All calls from the Chairman to his counterparts, including those reported, are staffed, coordinated and communicated with the Department of Defense and the interagency," Butler said in a statement. "General Milley continues to act and advise within his authority in the lawful tradition of civilian control of the military and his oath to the Constitution."

So no denial of the content of the calls but a clear admission that calls were made to China,

No denial, and no confirmation of the contents of any calls. This is no admission of guilt, treason or sedition, either by Butler or by Milley.

acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller, who led the Pentagon from the period after the 2020 election through Inauguration Day, said that he "did not and would not ever authorize" Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley to have "secret" calls with his Chinese counterpart

Nothing Butler said would indicate that any of these calls were secret. Sure, acting SOD did not, would not authorize "secret" calls. They weren't secret calls.

So yeah, your headline is not true/factual. It's hyperbolic Mud Pit spin.

In recorded transcript you can hear everything he said, and yeah, it is treason. He is admitting it.

It's no wonder you are confused about this when you lie to yourself so much. Maybe lying to yourself is like comfort food.

Let see how this will be played in the coming days, if they excuse themselves from duty, yep they will be investigated, no doubt about it.

We just have to wait.

Listen, all rhetoric aside, this is plainly treason.
This is a coup attempt that has been running for almost 4 years. There isn't any rational discussion about this, it's treason.

The fact that there is even a debate about it should expose the coup for the people who didn't get it before.

My God, if this isn't treason, what is?

My husband served in the military until he retired, he said that we should all pay attention of the coming days, is going to be very interesting.

If they get excused is game over for them.

You have a link to that transcript?

Who is admitting it? Not Milley. Not Butler. Are you saying Woodward and Costa are admitting it?

Are you calling Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller a liar? He said it happened. It has been found over a dozen people were involved in the calls. The Pentagon has confirmed this.

They are all traitors to the US.

I wonder how history would have played out if the US Chairman of Joint Chiefs was having unauthorized conversations with his Russian counterpart in 1962?

He said it happened.

No he didn't. He did the IF TRUE dance.

[ex]"If the reporting in Woodward’s book is accurate, it represents a disgraceful and unprecedented act of insubordination by the nation’s top military officer," Miller explained. "[If Milley's] histrionic outbursts and unsanctioned, anti-Constitutional involvement in foreign policy prove true, he must resign immediately or be fired by the Secretary of Defense to guarantee the sanctity of the officer corps."

news.yahoo.com...

The Pentagon has confirmed this.

Citation please.

Go ahead and read it. The calls happened. It does not have to be secret or even attended by the pope. The fact that he spoke to the Speaker of the House and then discussed with China he would warn of any imminent threats is enough.

Former President Trump says Biden would fire Milley, if Milley didn't have "dirt" on Biden.

They are the more OBVIOUS traitors.

Everyone will eventually learn that Dr. Anthony Fauci was/is a bigger traitor.

IMPORTANT - Missed by everyone not on ATS in November 2020..

After the Presidential election steal, the Department of Justice set the stage for FIRING SQUADS, because, as Trump said, the scope of sedition and treason within the Federal Government was even bigger than he has assumed it was, over the last 20 years.

So, he totally ignores the chain of command on a "potential" problem... Riiiiight.

There was nothing even resembling, save in his own stupid little mind, an indication that Trump was even remotely considering considering doing something like that.

There's a chain of command for very good reasons.

A vice president. A secretary of defense. Etc... He ignored all of them, save apparently going to the Speaker of the House to further erode a sitting Presidents authority.

On a might. On a possible. On a figment of his imagination.

Vilify? You're damned right I am. This is so against the Constitution as to beggar the imagination.

No one should be supporting this, as it sets a truly terrifying precedence... a military coup.

If you can't grasp that, perhaps someone will explain it to you, when you take a remedial civics lesson or twelve.

Former National Security Advisor JOHN BOLTON has partnered with President JOE BIDEN to alleviate any concerns about General Mark Milley's intentions and actions.

Bolton - Milley is a Good Guy!: thefederalist.com...

I guess we can write-off the Milley treason as just a normal set of activities Democrats have no problems with.

And since Americans placed Democrats in charge of this country, most citizens likely agree with Bolton and Biden.
