No one will prosecute. The "arrests" are null and void.

They're leftists, so of course they can violate the law.

Duh.

Actually that sounds like social democracy.
Where they infringe on all our rights and say things like you can't speak there but you can over here.
Rights endowed by a benevolent being belong to everyone not just the ones you agree with (ie these clowns protesting ...) arresting someone for speaking infringes on one those rights regardless of where they are "standing."

That's what Canada does.

Oh yeah, you're absolutely Free to Protest, over here, 40 miles from where the issue is.

Learn US Civics.

(from an old time protestor from , most likely , before most were even a thought in their parent's mind.)

I agree. But.

While we all like the idea of free speech, there are different levels of free speech. There are those who sing and are peaceful. There are others who shout, scream and are violent. We need rules to follow, other wise it becomes not a matter of free speech but instead becomes a determination of what speech is allowed and what speech is not.

If we have established rules for where it is allowed and where it is not and follow those rules the question of what is acceptable speech and what is not does not arise.

Whatever happened to the people that surrounded the White House and intimated Biden like a flight of stairs? Whatever happened to them, or better yet remember when Schiff and friends threatened the SCJ Roberts at the Impeachment Trial, or when Waters called for riots and burning of cities, then there was Harris and her involvement in trying to start a race war in Chicago with Smollet (or however one writes that washed ups name)

Nothing ever happens to the Trotskyists ever. In Seattle when that violently take over a section of a city, kill and rape some people, they get a hand on the back by the city council. In DC when they go off the derp end and destroy public property, light a church on fire, and attempt to kill a sitting President. Nothing happens. To say that this case of a few Democrat's getting arrested means anything, would mean that they should be removed from office since they are violating the rule of conduct for the offices in which they hold.

Since we already know no one in the ethic oversite committee will move to do anything. Should people even care that these few were arrested? I bet they were arrested because they got scared that things might get out of hand, and getting "arrested" is a great way to remove them from the mess they started while still looking like they care about the cause.

Those who protested on Jan 6th will be increasingly vindicated as evidence of election cheating in key states is revealed.

Neither did 45. However, this congressperson was telling people to 'fight' which is what 45 was impeached for. Why the double standard????

That's a question I want Chuck Todd and George Snuffleupagus to answer.

You think they'd answer an email on air?

😂

So, what happened to Rep. Joyce Beatty? You'd think that somebody who started an insurrection would be a big story in the news. It was back in January.

I just did a search for any updates on this story and there doesn't seem to be any. The only links I could find were from the day it happened, and apparently nothing about it since. Why is that? Insurrectionists were big news back on January 6th. (And until forever it seems because they just won't let it go.)
