The Muslim Patrols trying to enforce Sharia Law in east London were real.

Takes a special kind of bigoted stupidity to believe that, quite honestly it’s a level of stupid I will not lower myself to debate.

Typical liberal when shown their ass they tuck tail and run. Your OP was a very weak attempt to label Trump supporters as racists. You conveniently leave out the fact the people calling for Sadiq Khan's arrest were all citizens of the UK who identify more closely with the views of Donald J. Trump than the Mayor of Londonistan Sharia Law supporting Trojan Horse puppet Sadiq Khan.

You think the Muslim Patrols were not real? I guess when the police arrested them they hired "crisis actors" to voluntarily go to jail.

LOL...what planet of delusion are you living on?

Dude have a nice day.

We disagree on this in every way possible so am just going to leave it at that.

Hope we can find some common ground one day

You seem to be missing the rather key point that they were arrested. So not exactly London transitioning into Sharia law.

London social and cultural make up has been changing for decades, long before Khan became Mayor.

So unless you are going to offer some actual evidence that he is a 'trojan horse' I am going to stick to my assertion that it's a view point based stupidity and bigotry.

Uh...no. You don't get to walk away when you are exposed as being a liar. You made a false statement and I corrected you. This is not a disagreement. You are factually wrong.

Stay on point mate and stop trying to deflect. I don't personally know Khan but I am versed enough in his political ideologies and can see the effects of those ideologies as a result of them. I've traveled London enough to know my way around blindfolded so I can speak from first hand knowledge of the massive changes over the past two decades.

You are a typical liberal / socialist. Make a false accusation because someone does not agree with you, use derogatory labels, and then attempt to side step the basis of the argument once you realize you are talking out of your ass.

You are the making the false accusation that Khan is 'Trojan Horse' and offer no evidence.

It's not deflection to call out bigotry for what it is.

Khan said: “Our city utterly condemns the hideous individuals who attempt to use terror to harm us and destroy our way of life... As London has proven again and again, we will never be intimidated or defeated by terrorism."

And yet, London has proved again and again that it is intimidated by terrorism, and has been defeated by terrorism.
Consider the barriers you go through, the cameras observing you, the armed guard patrolling you, and remind yourself of how victorious we are as a country, resisting all intimidation by terrorists.
Oh, and you assume because the Mayor of London uses the word 'terrorism', it means exactly the same thing when he says it as it does when you say it or think it?

?????
What barriers? What armed guards? I live in London. We told the IRA to bugger off, like we tell every terrorist to do the same.

My use of 'Trojan Horse' is, of course, a metaphor. You are either intentionally obtuse or ignorant. Do I really need to spell it out for you by what I mean with my multiple references to Sharia Law, Muslim Patrols, the progressive decline of London over the past 20 years, and the reference to UK citizens supporting a foreign leader's views over the political views of their own mayor?

You're telling me you cannot connect the dots in this? Or do you simply want to feign ignorance and simply call me a bigot because we disagree?

The irony yet once again is you calling me a bigot when it is YOU who holds the intolerance of my view because it differs from your view. THAT sir, is the textbook definition of bigotry.

Everyone knows what 'Trojan Horse' means and it is equally obvious that your use of it is based on your own bigotry.

I am not calling you a bigot because we disagree, I am calling you a bigot as you stated something clearly bigoted.

I am quite happy to be intolerant of bigoted views like yours.

I take it you are one of the butt hurt Brits over Brexit eh? The Sharia Law supporting Trojan Horse known as Sadiq Khan has made Londonistan what it is today. BTW...those are Brits mate...not US citizens. How's it feel knowing your own countrymen don't support the Trojan Horse Khan and instead identify with DJT?

No need to thank me. Memory loss is a terrible thing.

Aside from the fact you weren't even the poster that comment was made to, perhaps you need to understand the definition of the word bigoted.

No need to thank me...lack of education is a terrible thing.

Except that you mentioned sharia law (still not legal and never will be legal as UK law is paramount), muslim patrols (stopped by the police wherever discovered, prosecuted and convicted, and never seen by anyone I or my wife knows of these days, whatsoever) and the decline of London over the past 20 years (deeply confusing to me, the food keeps getting better and better, the museums and shows are world-class and the city keeps improving, although the beer is too expensive and the train fares are fricking extortionate). Khan's only been mayor for less than two years, so what exactly are you accusing him of doing in that time? Being mayor via a time machine?

Would you prefer I just called you a racist? I am happy to use whatever terminology you think best describes your personal blend of ignorance.

You're not reading the chain of posts relative to the inference of the OP but that aside how familiar are you with Khan before he became mayor? And as a Londoner can you tell me when you first recall the discussion and consideration of Sharia Law as governing law in London?

Hold on mate. So by this deflection (yet again) you are admitting you incorrectly used the word 'bigoted' in an attempt to label me simply because you couldn't follow the context of the posts between myself and the OP? Got it.

Now you want to throw in yet another label that has zero application to the context of any of my posts.

Please feel free to once again point out where I made any statements that were racist.

P.S. This is fun for me.

Actually I am reading them correctly, but let's put that to one side. I was very familiar with Khan as he spoke out quite early on about the proposed 90-day detention without charges for terrorism offences that Blair thought up on one of his very off days. It was a spectacularly bad, unlawful and above all stupid idea and Khan - and others - spoke very well against it. As for Sharia law as a governing law in London - this baffles me. It's never been considered even in a Borough, let alone the city. Any discussion of it would lead to a lot of laughter, followed by a resounding no. Never. Anyone standing on such a platform would get very few votes.
